I have a 163" 2011 pro and i notice a clicking sound at low speeds from the front track area, almost like its either the gears that run the track or the paddles rubbing. It seems to go away the fast you go but just wanted to find out if this is normal?

Mine made weird noises I think it was because you have to have the track so tight. Maybe not but you could loosen the track way up and get it on a stand and pull the track by hand and see if you can locate the click.

Yes the track has to be that tight because of the driver Polaris uses.
Loosening the track will allow you to roll it by hand so you can see what is making the noise. I would also check your chain tension.
