162" track on a 7' deck?

ordered a new cat with a 162 inch track was wondering if my seven foot deck is gunna be long enough or do i need an extention.

I had a buddy that hauled his Tvector around in the back of a ford ranger. I think with the tail gate down it was like a 6 foot from front to back of the gate. so you should be fine.

It will work just fine. I have had 2 M1000 162's up on mine for a 1000km trip - no problem. You will have to watch when you load, as the sleds overcentre really fast - and there isn't much room to the headache rack when they do. One nice thing is that you can offload them without starting them very easily. Just pick up the nose, on little push and down the ramp they go.

If you have a look at this thread we have a picture posted in it with a 7' deck and extension with 153's sitting on it. It should give you a good idea of the overhang you'll be looking at.
