162/16/2.5 will it fit?

Gonna put a Challenger Extreme track on my 2010 Impulse Nytro. what is the biggest I can fit under the stock tunnel?? I also think I am gonna go with a Timbersled skid at the same time if that makes a difference.

Can you get a 162/16/2.5 under the stock tunnel? Would you have to do some triming? Where?

from what i have heard, its not worth your time trying. it fits the tunnel but not the bulkhead. a few guys have made it work tho, one had to widden the bulkhead.

The 16 wide fits no problem at all lots of people are running them there is a simple fix to it its just a couple bolts that have to be countersunk widening the bulkhead is just a bad idea.

flip some rivets around and get out the grinder to smooth out some bolts and youre good to go .Its also important to get youre drivers in the right spot if youre doing the 16 wide because theres very little room on either side of the track after .

thats the track i am running, had to grind some bolts and brackets down a bit. I am also running 8 tooth 2.52 drivers...

Awesome, sounds like the 16" will fit.

What size drivers should I be going with for the 2.5"?? 7 tooth??
