16 year old me

Agreed.

Need to be on the lookout for early warning signs, but then again sunlight is healthy. Most people don't have near the vitamin D in their systems they should, you get that from sunlight.

All of the links I followed from yours were basically telling me to stay inside and avoid the sun at all costs because it is evil. I'm a firm believer in moderation. Go to the beach, throw some good sunscreen on. Go out to work in the yard for an hour or so, have at it and soak up that sunlight and vitamin D.

Don't limit your life because something might be "bad" for you. Eating at McDonalds is bad for you, but every once in awhile it tastes so damn good. Just don't do it everyday!

On a side note, I do have this "spot" (not a mole or freckle or anything) on my face that I can't figure out what it is. It's right where the gap between the goggles and balaclava would be so maybe just frost bite? Barely noticeable but can feel "pain" when I press on it.

I should go get it checked out I guess...
