Hopefully it actually happens this year. Were told end of December last year and it kept getting pushed out. Great tracks though, no comparison to a 2.5.

I know of a 15x162x3 that is on the snow.

I like it I lightened it up a bit(25lbs) and have narrow front, vertical steering on it. I put different skis on at the end of the year but wasn't able to tes tthem. Also putting a camo extreme 156 2.5 on it. I think that will make the biggest difference. It makes so much track speed. It moves so much snow with the 2.25 i think the 2.5 will be wildly different.

i got told the new track is not a c.e 3''x15 wide, that it is the peak track with 3'' lugs. hope not.

That is exactly what it is. Have to go 16 to get the CE design. Bandsaw here we come! Super simple and easy to do. Don't fret over cutting down a track. Worrying about nothing if that's the case.

Track design

The 162 15 3" is a C.E...NOT a peak. Same paddle placement just different lug design. I have both 16 and 15 wide on my sleds, the track is the same except the design of the paddle. Dont waste your time cutting the track down. the new C.E. is just fine.
