Is it possible to just change the stock coolers on the tunnel instead of the whole $1500 assembly? Got a leak, no welder nearby.

I recently added the 3’ cooler from MTNTECH performance.com and it has made a great improvement to the cooling of my sled with a cut tunnel. For $275 plus shipping it was a great deal and it dropped the temperature by 40 to 50 degrees.

I have used JB weld to repair a cooler leak that I nicked with an angle grinder when I did a drop and roll on my 2012 RMK a few years ago .
Still holding coolant today .

One of my nephews told me to look into this and it’s needed as these 850’s can heat up quick

I did this and added a plate between layers to keep from flexing I’ll see how long it holds up

You can run a 3’ mtntek cooler as the only cooler and just chop your tunnel and leaking factory cooler. I did it on a 17 and it wasn’t any harder to keep cool than stock- maybe even slightly better. And the 18+ sleds run a lower thermostat so you should be good.
