Complete kit, mounting hardware is new. Shocks and arms have around 150 miles on them. They are in new condition as you can see.. 700.00 Is fair I think that's less than half of new. Theses are for a 38" frontend.. Ships from 84041 I would think 40 bucks will get it just about anywhere.
