144 to 151 track question

i have an 02 zr800 that i put 144 rails on, i found a good deal on a 151 track and am wondering if i can use my rails with the longer track. is it possible to use larger wheels or to relocate the skid somehow. or will i not even notice a difference going with the 151, all input is greatly appreciated

If you dont want to move the skid, I have a set of Mountain Machine rail extensions that will get your from 144" to 151". They do require 8" wheels. Would let them go for $60, they are $155 new....

A 2-3/8" skid setback along with an 8" wheel kit will take up the extra track. There's a template on the inside of the tunnel for the forward holes in case you decide on the setback.

quick question. if i want to go to a 151 from my stock 144, can i just set back my rail (got 8'' wheels factory)or will a 146 x 16 work better for 600cc

I'm guessing the 146x16 track is from a ski doo xp? If thats the case, you'll also need new drivers since that track is a 2.86 pitch I believe. Otherwises, I'd think you should have just enough adjustment to suck up the extra 2". If you go with the 151, the setback would be a stretch since you already have the 8" wheels.
