141 suspension arms on 153 skid, track swap

So as much as i love my high country im seriously considering converting it to a 153, I found some stuff that seemed to point towards the idea you can use the 141 suspension with the 153 rails. Any truth to this? Also how bad is a track swap on these sleds? Did one on a zr chassis, and a diamond drive chassis sled.

Skid parts are the same , rails change a bit. 13-15 rail are the same I believe .

Yep just swap rails. Do one side at a time it makes things much easier. I swap back and forth from 153 to 141 all the time.

I just changed rails and added another cross member and antistab, have one ride in and everything seems to be ok. I backed off the front skid shock pressure as well. Track swap isn't too bad.

I looked into doing it on mine. The front arm and shock are different part numbers. Guessing just length. Never had a chance to compare mine with a m.
