Snowesters,
I purchased the new kill switch button Yamaha now offers, (o7 apex) however when I was disassembling the unit to replace the broke button. The spring and steel ball and another small unit sprung out and are now non-recoverable. My question is this: does anyone know if Yamaha offers the throttle assembly without all the pieces? Or just the piece I need? (The button holder and wires?) any help would be appreciated.

Ryan Francis.

Thank you for the responses:
I decided I could make my own pieces. I happened to find the plastic piece that was dropped. But the small copper piece and the steel ball were never found. Pictures below on how to help someone if they ever lose those pieces. May save you $140+.
Took a penny and hammered it down to the same thickness, then took a Dremil and cut it to size. For the steel ball I found the inside of an air hose connector to be the perfect fit. Remove the top snap ring and it will come apart. Hope this helps.
