I noticed some movement and noise when pulling on my motor found the “Rads” were all wore out. Pulled the motor to do a couple thing and rubber mounts all seem in good condition. Is that a normal thing at 1300mi to have to replace the inserts on motor mounts

Yes that is normal, some don't make it that long.

How soft should the inside mounts be they seem to me more of a spacer and don’t carry much weight

I'm going to say its a fairly common issue with the sleds, I bought a 2012 pro with only ~1800 km and a few were cracked, I also have another 2012 pro but turbo and I'm going to overhaul it, I know It'll need some, if not I'll replace them anyways. I'll also install the torque stop.

As long as you have it out, go through the effort and align that engine.
