I don't believe you can do a simple "Ohm test" on the motor..
Wouldn't you need to rotate the armature and test all poles?
I believe a more appropriate test would be an inline amp-meter with the pump installed and pumping against the regulator (fuel lines connected) when the line pressure is at 4-bar (58 psi).... It should be in the neighborhood of

Ohm readings don't tell you anything about the condition of an electric motor. Amperage readings and AC wave patterns is what you need to be looking at. Amp readings also vary by pump design and you need to know what a good pump pulls for amps. The wave pattern is always a good tool to use, the number of peaks in your pattern before it repeats itself is the number of poles in the motor, the cleaner and more consistent the pattern looks the better. that is a walbro fual pump and it should draw between 5.5 and 6 amps that is the spec on that pump, i had to replace mine witch was drawing 12 amps
