'12 Summer "Shocker" mods done (for now) pic heavy

I have seen that sled in person and it's just as nice as it looks in the pics. Great attention to detail. RR1 you should buy a carbon chassis and swap all your stuff into that. Like 480lbs RTR!

Thanks "Matte". Like I mentioned hopefully it's easier to ride this season, plus my wrist is a lot better now. As for the carbon chassis - I work at Wal-mart, nuff said on that.:face-icon-small-ton I am kind of watching for a good '11 or '12 155" complete Pro chassis to drop the 777 and all of the other goodies into.

Love the simpleness of the bar set up. I have been itching to do this to mine as the clunkyness of the stock setup drive me nuts. Where is the kill switch? I see the reverse on the left and something in the same place on the right but it doesnt look like a kill switch.

Very nice sled, congrats!

The kill switch is the black one you barely can see on the one side.
All black and that one looks like the RSI kill switch button and the same one is used for the reverse button, but different color.

The hole handlebar setup looks like the RSI burandt bar with hooks :)

Thats what I was thinking (about the kill switch). He said it was a fly mini though. Its damm nice looking, whatever the bar.

It's the Fly Aero Tapered Snow Mini Bend: http://www.flyracing.com/product/sn...red-snow-handlebars-black/745/black-mini-bend
Length - 737mm
Rise - 85mm
Pull Back - 55mm

Being this is not a Dragon, I have the T-post so I needed to keep the rise close to the OEM steel RMK bar.

I cut about an inch off of each side and had to buy a 9/16" drill bit to open up the bar ends to install the hooks. All the parts you see except the bars are from RSI and the riser is the 4"-6" Rox adjustable rise. With the 85mm (3.25") rise of the bars and the riser at 4", it sits about perfect for me.

Rich, why do you have the kill switch facing forward like that? Anyways, love the sled, very clean and simple.

No particular reason other than the wire routing worked with it that way. The way the RSI kill switch works, I don't think you could bump it and kill the engine. I may rotate if the need arises.

Ya, since the button is flush/slightly recessed from the lip and you have to push and hold it for it to work, right? Correct me if Im wrong but it is a momentary switch that has to be held down until the machine shuts off.

Pretty much, you don't have to push on it very long to kill the engine.

Nice mods on the 800 RMK.

I also have the K-Mod rear suspension with Raptor coil overs and I love it. I have it dialed pretty close now to were I want it. It's hard to balance jumping with snow floatation though. I would love to get a set of Raptor front shocks someday!

Actually, it's better than an 800, it was a 700 but I had SLP install their 777 kit last summer. Did you by chance attend Dan Adams' clinic last March?
