1100t air box mod

Anyone done anything to there air box? I modded mine so it pulls all from the top but wholly cow it's loud! My sled is straight piped and I can not hear the exhaust. And my sled runs like sh**. I'm shocked the stock intake hides that much noise. But why would my sled run so horrible after that????

did u drill out the leftside intake because the stock is a fake.i would tighten all hose clamps on all charge tubes. if its still running like crap then i would look into gas .

Intake mod here

I took all the airbox out out of mine poked the intake straight out the hood beside the headlight with a cage and prefilter, certainly loud chatter... But i love the sound, shes chipped and rocks!
Fyi MBRP can on mine not straight piped
