what can you do so 1100 can be rolled over or if it does and it's running what happens ? Slight mods can dry weight be 550 pounds ?

Rollover valve

Mtn Viper sells a rollover valve kit to protect engine, works well. As far as weight goes, a headlight delete with lightweight hood, exhaust, and belt drive puts you at (or very near) your goal. Boosting it with EVO goodies just add a huge smile you can't get rid of when you hit the throttle.

Mine ran wide open because the throttle was pinned in the snow and smoked like a crazy till it shut down for low oil

Jacobsen roll over valve is the way to go. I don't know if you can get one down to 550? That is a tall order. I'm going to weigh my in about a week and see where it is at. It has light weight front end and a light weight hood, so it is lighter than stock, but she is a big girl and demands respect.

Racin Station is correct.

I stand corrected. I weighed mine wet with 1 gallon of fuel on board, spare belt and tool kit and came in at 565#. HOWEVER, I have a Skinz front end with Float Evol's, lightweight hood, carbon fuel tank, belt drive, lithium battery (relocated), Boss seat... you get the idea. So it is possible to get them close to 550 with no fuel, but it'll cost ya. Adding power is easier, and the sled feels pretty light when on the gas.

There is a lot of weight to be lost, but they still end up heavy compared to two strokes. The power is awesome though.
