Got an 11 pro that cuts out at w.o.t. while climbing. Does it about 75% of the time. Sometimes it runs fine. I don't notice anything wrong with it at lower rpms. It's not over reving either.
Any help would be awesome.

Buddy had the same issue last year. His was the temp sensor in the pipe. When it got good and hot on a pull it would cut out. We were way back in and a tow was not a pleasant thought so he babied it the rest of the day.

Common from 08 til present polaris sleds.
We usually carry a (well padded) spare sensor in the group.

Mine did that, and it was hitting the rev limiter. The tach is a little slow to read, and it never showed much over 8250, but I switched weights and never had the problem again.

Usually if its overev it does it hot or cold.......
The OP indicated only happens when hot.

I've been down the overev path too. :)

How full is your fuel tank? Could be the pickups in the tank - e.g., the rear pickup could be plugged, twisted up, hoses broken down, etc. If it doesn't happen with a close to full tank, you know. Pros do have a rep for fuel pump and pickup issues, especially if it's seen ethanol. Seen max rpm/load issues with injectors on 11s, plug caps, coils and chassis ground, too. Good luck.

Thanks everyone. I'll check into all these. I do know it's not a rev limiter. My buddy had that the same time mine started this issue. They don't act the same. I'm betting temp sensor bc if i would let it cool down it wouldn't do it as quick. I too was in a spot where a tow was not a pretty option. Thanks again everyone for your input.:face-icon-small-hap

My 11 started cutting out at all rpm.. Will it throw a code on this. Mine has no codes.

Sometimes a code sometimes not.

Temp sensor symptoms are going into limp mode when hot or just when WOT.

Easy swap and if that's not it then you have a spare.

Cutting out makes it worth checking plug wires and caps.
