The bushing on the sheaves my secondary is worn out. Looking on the parts break down and it is not on there. It is Monday so the dealerships are closed. Is it time to throw my clutch away? Is there an aftermarket bushing. Will a bushing fit out of another year. I have changed them on old sleds but I guess it has been a while. Thanks guys.

The bushing for a TSS-04 secondary has a WPS part number of 30-180130.

That means the Team Ind part # is going to be #180310.

It is $14.95 and any local powersports dealer can order one for you.

What makes you think its wore out, how many miles? None of the ones I have ever seen had real tight tolerances.

It was extremely loose and the washer had started to wear into the face at the 6 o'clock. I live in Denver and Doug's balancing does all my machine work. I was dropping my primary off to get the sheaves faced before I rebuild it and showed him and he said that was the cause.

I wish I could tell you how many miles are on the sled I bought it with the turbo on it and it was used and abused pretty sure it had a different mfd put on it. The guy lied about everything he told me about the sled. I will never buy a sled long distance and meet half way again.
On that note if anyone knows Dan Miller (dmiller on SnoWest) in great falls mt punch him in the face for me.
I bought it at the end of the season last year and I have only had it on the snow once when I started to realize all the problems
