i was going to make my own kit..

Just by orderding 700 polaris Pistions...

and sending the head and cylinders and exh. valves to get machined


about 700$

i thought to get it all done??

all thoughts??

It's being done by Carl's Cycle. The pistons, machine work to cylinders & exhaust valves & head, plus gaskets, rings, plus the ECU flash is going to run about 1600$. also had to buy a rush head to get shaved. told if i want to run pump gas below 3k ft i will need the rush head. Sent my primary along with it to get set up and balanced. Ordered an slp single pipe kit. ceramic coated my y-pipe. slp high flow air horn kit.

You tuning my be a bit hard, but with a PCV, anything is possible. BUT, if you are going to do that why not just get a 600r and do the 800 conversion?

Got my 660 cfi kit installed on my 09 shift 155". The sled rips! I havn't opened her up all the way yet, but there are definite gains on the bottom end. Got the slp single and a clutch kit from carls installed also. So far so good. I'll post some pics tomorrow.
 
Now that the Pro is coming with a 600..


How many peeps are going to the 600 Pro With a 660 Kit or

A 600 pro would be awesome! I picked up a 2007 rmk 600 last year that either this fall or next its going to carl's for a 685 kit with all the dressin. Hefty price tag but worth the reward. I rode a 685 carb this winter and man did it make my dad's Pro 8 Assault feel like a stocker 600. The Pro chasis is amazing no doubt, but I prefer the carb motor over the cfi just because I dont have huge elevation changes around my fav spots.
