Love the 600 carbed models, reliable and easy to ride. Just crack up when every ad I see for 600's on sale it is the "wife's" sled, lol. Too many ego's out there that can't admit they ride 6's which satisfies most riding conditions and styles out there.

Isn't that the truth! I guess there isn't more talk about the 600 class because these sleds just work with basically no issues. My wife and I both love our new RMK600 sleds with the 600 CFI. They get us everywhere we want to go. Mind you we aren't into climbing straight up in 3 feet of snow either.

I wish Polaris was offering the PRO in 600 RIGHT NOW instead of next year! It's gonna be a really neat buggy in Carl's 660 form. "Oh well all good things come to those that wait"....RIGHT?

The only way I could keep two sleds was to tell the wife the 600 was hers!! If I could only keep one of them the 800 would be gone, the 600 is more fun in all but the steep and deep.

Yeah, I can hardly wait for the 600 in that chassis! You think it will be offered in 2012?

Bet ya there will be 600s coming out of dealers, guy can damn near get his dollar back on a new not run motor and all the ancilaries, nice to have a 685 carb, just wonder if the carbs will fit or will they rub the bulkhead.

Well Polaris has followed the "play book" to the T on the program so far. History says that we will see the 600 in the PRO format for 2012. As well as the PRO 800 sc's are going....I'd say BANK ON IT.

As of now I think the breakdown is at least $14,500 to $15,500 once the smoke all clears to net a Carl's 660 in the PRO chassis. Guys with elite standards and matching financial wear-with-all will get this done and you'll see a few prototype customs running around next winter. It will be very special! The 660cfi is just as impressive as the carb'd version and so far has proven to be equally as reliable.

Many would ask why on earth? It's very difficult to explain you just have to experience how that 660 "feels" to appreciate the differences.

I wasn't aware that Carl's did a 660 for the 600 CFI motor, I thought that was only for the 600 Carbed set-up.

Are you offering a demo?

Yep they do and as I stated it is every bit as impressive and reliable as the carb'd versions that we have been proving since 2003. My own sled is a 660 carb'd but there is a 660 CFI available if you are interested. I'm certain that a demo or test ride can be arranged.

A VIP Carl's customer was on it last Saturday and is seriously considering that particular buggy for his stable. If you knew this person and his expectations and experiences it would further validate what I'm saying about the quality of this setup.

Are you guys still riding over there Rob? We're supposed to come over next weekend to demo an 8 and 660. I haven't ridden a 660 CFI but if everyone who tells me it's better than the 685 Carb'd is correct, then lookout. It's hard for people to understand the 685 outrunning a stock 800 with twice the fun factor. I know i didn't buy it until a couple 3 years ago.

Yes we are still riding. It's just barely warmed up to spring like snow conditions finally. Last Saturday was really pretty good riding in McCall. It is warm today and predicted to keep getting warmer.

I'm sure you'll have good spring riding when you come down.

That, and the 600 is just too dependable and fun to ride. No reason for people to jump on the internet and bash it! My wifes 2010 600 was a gas and go sled all season.

Now Rob..thats not nice to drop hints. Who the heck bought it? At a minimum what were the initials of the VIP? Was it Bill Gates or Paul Allen? Come on Rob...spit it out! Its not like its a top secret NSA type of deal after all!

Loved my 07 Carb'd 600 RMK 155

Great sled. Moved to this from a ~180 HP (point and shoot) mod triple.

Rode the 600 for two seasons and made me a better rider as I needed to rely upon finesse versus thumb.

Now that I'm on a 700 CFI RMK Dragon, loving life! :-)
