10.4" clutch on '05 M7

I know some of this has been discussed before but I couldn't find what I was looking for through the search function. I put 10.4" sheaves on the M7. Now it looks to me like the bigger clutch will rip up the foam in the clutch cover and may rub the belly pan more. Am I wrong? If I'm correct, what is are the solutions to these two problems? Does the '07 up add-on well for the driven in the belly pan fit on the '05 belly pan?

I did the mod on my 06 M7 and the belt guard was hitting the secondary. A little bending by hand and I now have plenty of clearance on top. Not a lot of clearance on the bottom but I don't think it will be an issue (no real miles on it yet this season).

Well I knew there had been posts on this months ago and I had start this one on the bellypan mod. I tried searching "secondary" but came up with way too many results. Then I tried bellypan and was able to find this one.

It would be good if the forum could figure out a better way to organize these threads. There are way too many new ones everyday, so if you try to find something from a few months ago, it may take you 30 minutes to find it.

I think they should have subcatergories within the Arcitc Cat forum. Maybe engine, suspension, hood.... kind of like the swapmeet area.

I think having the search function work better would be all that it takes. It sucks that 10.4" won't work in the search function.

Been running one the last 4 years on my 05, works fine. Did pull the foam off the clutch shield though.
