09 Xp 800 163" Right Belt?

I have a 377 on it now, and a 377 as a spare, Now I was just told to use a 166, at $149.00(+) each I'd sure like some input

You have exactly the right belts. Dont use the 166, they are not as strong.

i use a 166 at home trail riding and such. they don't take the heat as well as a 377

Stick with the 377. It will last longer and it is a little wider so you can get the correct deflection.
