'09 runningboard edges on '06 tunnel?

i dont know if this has been brought up, didnt find anything in the search so ya. will the 09 running board edges fit on the 06 tunnel? i know they are a bit wider than the 06 but i seen the pretty colorful ones in cats accessory book and was thinkin if they'd work i'd buy a set and a matching 09 bumper(also in the book) and do that instead of the BDX kit cuz the cat stuff is cheaper. any thoughts? thanks.

I was thinking the same thing Vern, I think they would fit. Maybe a different rivet hole or two but I doubt it. I also checked price and they are way cheaper, like 9 dollars for each tow stop and about 50 for the bumper. I was also looking to see if the tow stops would just fit into existing edges. haven,t made it back to dealer yet though

I did that on my M1000 I built, have to drill some new holes, but it works....
