Bought mine last year (2009 D8 155) with about 400 miles on it. It had the update along with slp y pipe, pipe, and can at the time of purchase... I switched the can out for the hps but so far sitting around 1000 miles and no problems yet! I honestly love the sled spite how many bad things I hear about it all the time.
