can you put the black biamond air intake system on with out a control box and be good to go ?

I ride above 6000 ft. and I had a BDX intake and an SLP exhaust on my 09 M8 and I never used a fuel controller. Just check your plugs to be safe.

i'm also running the full slp and bdx intake no box 4,500-7k. i am running premium...

yes you will be fine. I run premium in my sled as well with full slp kit at 9k and above and feel that I need the bd box still to keep my numbers safe. Has anyone tried running no efi box and ran just a touch of race fuel instead and been safe as well?
