The 2011 BD kits worked great on the sleds my dealer put them on, but he knows them inside out. The previous years, not so much. You need a good dealer when starting out with a bd kit to make life easy. I personally would go with twisted, simple, easy to tune and proven, they are also one of the only ones using the bigger 2876 turbo and don't need a intercooler. I have a 09 hcr with a twisted and 2871, its bullet proof and so easy to tune.
The difference in the pg vs rg is 2 or 4 injectors, the pg kits the 2 injectors will run out of fuel capacity while running 91. But if you have 4 injector there is a possibility you can run more boost with 91 than you can with only 2 injectors. With the new advantage of timing controllers it is even more likely that with a rg kit you can run 91 at higher boost probably up around 10lbs of boost.
For example
91 octane in both kits
pg- injector run out of fuel around 8lbs
rg- with timing module detonation may start around 10lbs
This is just examples of theorys I have and may possible, do not quote me. I could be off a bit and every kit varies.
