Any tips on clutch set up's I have tried every thing I can think of. I have done heavy weights, light weights, stiff springs, soft springs can't seem to get the perfect combo down????

I ride between 7 to 9000 feet i have a 163 and a josh can

I have a 09 155 Dragon talked to lots of people out west I have installed a SLP ypipe,pipe and can, Delta 3 reeds,stock springs on clutch, Big throut by SLP air kit and installed extra air vents in dash so it can breath running 62 gram polaris weights and its very responsive good power. Run it against a friend of mine with a stock 800 dragon 155 at around 9500 ft there is a major difference. He has ordered all the same parts that I have in mine now we will see next week as we are going back out west.Too bad you need to stick $1000.00 to make run real good.

I have also but in the air vents in my dash and the big air horn from carles cycle. I have tried to clutch mine like my buddies that have the 155 and it just falls on its face not sure what I got going???

weights for dragon

I have 09 dragon with slp can at 9500 to 10,000 feet I used 58 weights. RPM is at 8100, ran great.

09 Dragon 800 163. Carls helix, 10-60 weights, SLP blue/pink spring, 2 washers in secondary, HPS can, 2 SLP spring loaded vents in back of airbox. 8250 to 8400 rpm.
Runs super good at 7500 to 11000'.
