Ok went riding today my sled has not ever really give me any trouble. But today it was acting funny going down the trail rpm was about 5700 to 6300
i do know that its part of the midrange lean i always blurp the throttle but today every time that i did it would fall on is face but if i let off and hit it it would be fine it was getting worse so i changed the plug all was good until we was coming out then all over again. any suggestion plugs look really good piston look good no check engine light volt meter never dropped just dont know.

mine was doing this a few days ago. It sat for a day after acting up then the first time I started it it would barely idle, the headlight/display light was flashing. I suspect voltage regulator.

I will start it tommrow and see how it acts i started it when we got home and it run just fine no dimming and no flashing idle was at 1600

I did put a new fuel filter in at the start of the season i have maybe 300 mile's on it but i guess it could be pluged.. i will check it.

Found the problem pulled and cleaned the throttle body and reeds and looked in on the pistons and guess what yep there scored so it's headed to yep:hail: PMS friday morning for the fix kit.:face-icon-small-coo thanks for all the help and the reply's

so if you do not warm up your sled and just take off and score your pistons the nicosil cylinder lining could be scratched? because ive been told only diamonds are harder then nikosil

I pretty sure you would have more than a scratch you would cold seize your motor then you would have big money to spend..
