09 D7 fouling plugs

Hey Guys

We have a 2009 D7 with 600 miles on it. It has an SLP pipe and can, I started noticing under hard acceleration it started to puff a bit of oil. Now the last ride out it has fouled 4 plugs. What is the issue. Is it the oil pump out of adjustment?
