09 assault track

I put a camo extreme on my assault and it is night and day difference in deep snow, sure the stocker makes do, but it doesn't perform all that well compared to the extreme.

It also states that the sled should not exceed 70 mph in the owners manual, this goes for the 2.4 as well.

yah it does state that but i ran my 2.4 80-90mph all last season with our low snow conditions in saskatchewan. the only thing was there was always at least a couple inches of snow for cooling and if there was non i ran scratchers. but i mainly run on the lake and in the ditch where there is always powder not on trails. i just trimmed my track to 2.1" for more hard pack traction and i have no lug failure.

i think the biggest issue with the assault track is its stiff and the lug is so thick so it cant flex and it breaks at the track. it would be nice if they had a factory clipped 2.4 to 2.1 with 90 duro track instead. if you look at the powder claw the ends are thick and clipped not thin and molded

also did anyone else see that they have the 2.1 competition in a 155 length????? probably more for hill climbs on a dragon
