09 800 shift low rpms

I have an 09 800 shift 155. This is my first year with it and I am still working on sorting some issues out. Ever since I got the sled It never wanted to rev much hugher then 7300-7400 up hills.
A few rides ago the wieghts were sticking causing the clutch to stick and kill the engine when it was trying to rev down.
Pulled the clutch and 2 out of 3 rollers were bassically flat and not moving and the other was shot, all the bushings were gone, pins had alot of wear, and to top it off the primary was snapped.

Since then it has all been replaced, primary now has an SLP black/pink spring, new rollers, bushings and pins.

First ride with the new clutch low rpms still exsisted. A friend pointed out the belt was far to loose on the secondary so the deflection was tightened up. This helped a significant amount. Highest rpm I found was 7950 now. I would like to get up into the 8000's preferabley around 8200 to get all the preformance I should be getting out of the sled.

Right now, the primary has the black/pink SLP spring and 62 ounce weights. Secondary is all stock as far as I know. I knoq lighter weights are the main thing for more rpm, but it already has the 62's and should do just fine with them from what ive been told.
I am basically just looking for answers on what I can do to get those rpms up to were I want them.

Thanks,
-Will

What altitude are you running?

What track length and gearing?

Is this RPM on trails on off trail in deep snow?

Is motor running 2010 update pistons/head?

With this much wear found in the primary, have you looked into the secondary? I would almost bet the spring is sacked out and the sliding sheeve bushing is worn out as well.

Sincere question, most guys run the blue/pink SLP spring. Did somebody recommend the black/pink?

Track is a 155, and as far as I know stock gearing.

The sled did have the factory recall for the pistons, not sure if the head was included as part of this.

Im going to take the secondary off tomorrow and check for wear.

As for the the spring my local polaris dealer told me it was the right one so it was the one I got, is it going to be much better if I switched to a blue/pink.

This is all off trail rpms, its all im worried about. Mostley boondocking and hillclimbing. Had the sled out today and it was pulling hard. But still would only just hit 8000 rpm.

As for the alit. Im not possitive. Where I live is fairley close to sea level so the highest ive ever been was around 5000ft, mostley under.

Ill take a look a tthe secondary tomorrow and see what I can find.
