I pulled the exhaust valves to check on pistons. I found fine metal shavings in the mag side bellow and smeared on the exhaust valve itself. Pulled the topend, looks good. Upper rod bearings look good.
recently the sled started squealing when shutting down. sounds like belt was to tight but didn't do it when running and idling like it normally would. I'm wondering if this could be the beginning of a crank bearing going out.
Any insight would be appreciated.
