09 800 Clutch setup questions: Helix 60-40-46 / 60-38-46

09 800 Clutch setup questions: Helix 60-40-36 / 60-38-36

Please remember I have never ridden this sled (bare chassis build) I bought it with a blown 800 motor, now rebuild by I. D. It's time to put the clutches together. I have questions.

The primary clutch was ruined when I got it. I now have a new clutch - balanced by Indy Dan. I want to run Polaris weights for simplicity.

The secondary is a Team-04. The helix is not stock, it appears to be a SLP 60-40-36 / 60-38-36.
Do any of you run this setup in a 800 IQ RMK or 800 dragon?

I've been told to run the 60-40-36. if so, then:

Primary: Weights? Spring?

Secondary Spring?

Thanks for your help

i run stock 10-62 with stock black and purple spring's------>8450 Rktek top end likes the rpms, 7 tooth 153 track, I tried carls helix with stock secondary spring, didnt notice a difference, have not had a chance to try carls with the recommended spring yet

Stock driven spring, black purple I think it is.

Almond drive spring or SLP blue/pink (I prefer the slp spring).

Run the 60-40-36 side of the helix, it should put it no problem.

I'd be shocked if it can't pull 10-62s. At 4k it surely will pull 10-64s.
