I have a 09 700 RMK that started fouling plugs. At first it would go about 10 miles but gradually got worse until I couldn't go 1/2 mile without fouling plugs. Took it to dealer, they replaced voltage regulator. Ran great for 30 miles then started the same crap. Sometimes it will slow to a max speed of about 15 mph but if you shut it off and restart, it will usually come out of it. Any ideas?
