'09, 2010 M Chassis Reverse Question???

I hear that when these sleds are in reverse (models where engine runs in reverse) the engine is not being oiled. Engine runs backwards so oil pump pumps backwards, no oil. Is this true? I'm pretty sure its the case with Doo and Poo...did AC figure something out for this or is it the same as the others?

It pumps both ways, if you put the 09 ECU on a 07-08 then it does not, that pump is 1 way,
