?????? 08' Xp Skidframe questions??????

I was wondering why all the summit Rev XP's I've seen have the idler wheels in the forward holes on 1 side, and in the opposite holes on the other side. Also have seen the aluminum cross shaft damaged on almost every 1, this is the shaft just in front of the rear arm link.

What weak links are known in the rear suspension?

I'd like to know what to keep an eye on!

FWIW: I think I read somewhere that the offset idler wheel thing is to make for a 'smoother' rolling track...

Funny, I just noticed the offset idler wheels and thought it was a screw-up. Thanks for posting.

I had to move the L rear to match the R rear so I could install my scratchers properly. Not sure of the thinking behind it but it clearly states in the parts fiche on the BRP site that they are suppose to be iffset like that.

english canadian puts the wheels on the left side.....french canadian puts them on the right
