08 XP short in electrical system

First ride and it wouldn't come up on RPM's. Felt like a dead plug or like the choke was on. Hot grips never worked. Fought it all day. Then at the end of the day my buddy noticed my rear tail light was really dim. I switched off the grips and it finally would run and come up on R's. BRP needs the hot deal fix fast.

Had buddies with 08 X 146's in Revy. BOTH were cutting out real bad on the MAG cyl all day. Much too similar to be a coincedence methinks...
