08 m8 hiccup.

M8 with ovs turbo doing something goofy. After shutting off, fired up , it idled fine but then quit after going to pull off. Fired up again and it did the same thing then it ran fine. Did it one more time. Now fuel pressure was 40 psi, the a/f gauge would jump up then blank out, sled appeared to run out of fuel. Ran good the rest of the day, any ideas?

Possibly water on ecu plugs? Has happened to me.

FIX

Its the temp sensor. If you dont have the switch get it. If after you shut it of and then restart it it wants to bog or die flip the switch to reset it then you'll be good to go.

Anyone want to restate the correct way to use the temp sensor switch for hot starts? I know I can search and find it, but I think it might help the OP as well.
