Question::confused: I ordered a 155 EZ Ryde for my 08 155. Then found a screamin deal on A 163 take off so ordered new EZ Ryde 163 rails and put the new track on. The stock 163 Dragon has a longer tunnel than my 155 and the new EZ Ryde has a lot more suspension travel.:D Am I going to have problems with my track getting into my tunnel? Has anyone done this?

How did you just order new rails, the 155 and 162 skids are different... arent they? I know the cat 153 and 162 are different

I did it last year. Put the 163 out of my 08 D8 under my sons 07 D7 when I went to an M-10 on the D8. I ordered and got a VE tunnel extension, but never needed it. Looks like this.

D7 155 with the 163 under it closest to ya.

Ez ryde claims 6" more travel I believe. On the dragon all i needed was the rails and to drill 4 new mounting holes. Does the Mtn Tamer add more travel and has it ever got into the tunnel?

sorry about the already answered question my computer only loaded the first pic. Thanks for the info on what the Mtn Tamer suspension won't do.:face-icon-small-win hopefully with the added travel with the Ez Ryde It will still be OK. Otherwise I will extend the tunnel.:D

What is it that the mountain tamer wont do that the EZ will or vis versa I was thinking of going Mt tamer

The thread was about extending from 155 to 163 on 08 dragon. I needed to know if the Ez Ryde with the added travel would get into my tunnel. The pics in the thread showed A dragon 155 with A 163 Mtn Tamer he said it did not rub. The Mtn Tamer is an excellent suspension if you were thinking about it go get it. The Ez Ryde is also an excellent suspension it has more travel.
