Have an 08 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 litre hemi. I am wanting to put an aftermarket exhaust onto it but not quite sure what kind. I was looking and considering a Borla system but I dont know what they sound like. Any suggestions on what type and anyone know about or have a Borla system?

not sure if it would be worth it.my buddy researched it for his truck and with the mds there wasnt a whole lotta options.
I agree, i've heard borla's, they sound pretty refined but damn near as quiet as stock.
My buddy has an R&D system from MBRP on his 07. They went through 5 or 6different pipe/muffler combinations before they got the MDS figured out. You can still hear the "civic with a missfire" drone of the MDS but its not nearly as bad as some of the other systems i've heard on those. On 8cyl the thing sounds badazz. His is a single muffler dual (same side) exit, but they do other styles. The production units should be ready to ship....
