0726-081 1100NA belt on 1100 Turbo

I bought a 0627-081 belt for a 1100NA to use as a spare for my 1100Turbo Proclimb Limited. At the time you couldn't by a 082 belt anywhere. I paid $89 including shipping from Ken's for it on Ebay. It is almost exactly the same length as my correct 0627-082 belt. I smoked my 082 belt when I got stuck and tried to ease it out in reverse. Before our ride last week I installed the 081 belt just to see what it would do. It seems to be just fine. I did mostly trail riding but did manage to climb a couple of hills. I put about 65 miles on it with no problem. It engages nice and smooth and it seem to pull good just like the 082 belt did. It does look different on the sides when broken in compared to the 082 belt. The 081 belt looks black on the sides and the 081 belt looks green so I am sure the rubber compound is different. I am going to keep running it to see what kind of life I get out of it.

im running the 081 also no problems 300 km on it, put it on the ride home to brake it in and just left it on.

its to soft if your doing big climbs.first belt blew and i ran the 046 as a spare for a bit till a 081 showed up blew first day so back to the 046 then we got some 082 . now i have over 600mile on it.my buddy has over 1000miles on his first belt.

I put another 95 miles on it last Saturday and it still works and looks good.

are u doing big climbs.it well noT withstand wot pulls for over a 1min .

No long pulls. My dealer finally got a 082 belt in for me so I will install it and save the 081 belt for a spare.

Because if the cost difference, the 081 is the only belt that I have ever run on the sled. I purchased two 081 belts when I picked up my 1100t. Did some clutch work on the clutches before I even took the sled out. The 082 is still in my tool box.

I now have over 700 miles on my 081 belt and it is still looks and works great. I don't do super long pulls so it looks like it will last a long time.
