Sled would run poorly at all rpm's with bad reeds and stock reeds are pretty tough. The bog is a lean condition; could be caused by a number of factors including cracked carb boots or loose Ypipe or partially plugged pilot jets. The latter I see especially at the beginning of each season if you didn't clean the carbs. If everything is all good then usually switching to 20 pilots solves the issue.
