well went for a ride the other day wehn i cam back in to the garage i was check over a few things.. i looked at max rpm.. 8800... wow i little high i think.

So .. i was thinking.. about clearing it.. and go for another ride to see what it maxed out again at..

but i was going to start with a new spring.. maybe change up the weights.. and thoughts???

Mostly stock.. Just put on a air horn.. if thats going to make that big of diff??

thanks matt

I'd start with the weights if you have some but if you dont they are kinda spendy I just bought a set and they are about $20 a weight. Have you looked at the factory chart with altitude weight and spring recommendations? That may also help.I am no clutching genious so dont go soley on my opinion but I am sure someone who knows more about it will gladly help you out, And point you in the right direction

I would not clutch on that figure. It is possible that 8800 is a spike for one reason or another, like jumping or something. My 600 will have a max or 8600 stored after a day of riding, but I have never seen it during the day. Whenever I look at it, it will usually be between 78-8400 depending on snow transitions etc.

ya.. thanks ski breeze..

Thanks kinda what i was thinking.. normally when watching it 7400- 8400.. normally maxed out...

ya i was thinkin adding a gram.. of weight

thanks guys
