'07 Summit X Secondary

Were there any updates/problems with the secondaries on the '07? I have heard a lot about clutching issues with this sled, was just curious as to what may have been going on with the secondary. Thanks

Yes, there were some helix's that were big in diameter and caused binding, also the main bushing is narrow and wears quickly making things inconsistant. I put a Team on and won't go back. Doo roller works good but not as durable.

we machine the 06 secondery bushing to fit into the moveable sheave on the secondery on the 07 . makes it work well . you have to watch the wear factor in the primary . get a new 09 spring tower cap , supposed to solve our wear issue in the primary .
those fixed and you have a decent transmission .
