'07 ski bushings

hey all, I have a '07 summit that has major play when you wiggle the skis. I took the old worn bushing out of each ski bought new ones and threw them....still didn't fix anything.
How many parts are supposed to be there? I have the bushing and a spacer to put the skis wider or narrower. Am I missing some parts?

your cushions, where the bushing rides are wore out. Take a brass knock them out and replace them and you will have zero slop. I have seen guys wear the cushions out so bad then the bushing wears into the spindle and you have to get it bored out and re bushinged by a machinist or replace the spindle.
