What's up fella? Dumb question. I fired up the rev caddy,everything is good except it won't go into reverse. It has elec start but there is no batt in it right now. Would not having the batt in cause this? Warmer and everything else works perrrrfect.

Either the battery or you have an electrical issue going on.

What happens when you hit the reverse button? Does it stall or just not go into reverse? The SDIs won't run at all without the battery generally.

It does nothing. Im pulling the battery back out of the busa and putting it in the sled today for the winter. I call it proper battery usage.
