just took my 07 out yesterday
#1 swapped challenger lt 159 for a 08 xp 163 2.38 lug and put 8 tooth ant rachets 2.89 pitch.at about 30ish mph it starts to vibrate pretty good pin it and it gets worse,flat or climbing.#2 did put offset axle kit and set track tension to about 2inch slack with press on it. #3when lifting off throttle it feels like something is pulling the sled down,#4when coming back down you can here the lugs hitting some where blip the throttle and goes away then comes right back,no noticable marks on track except on r/hand side (chain case bolts?) of the lugs but cant remember if they were ther since it is a xp track was used when i got it.
tightend and loosend track tension and no change.chain case tensoner is turned in till it stops tight and had to turn it back very little for cotter pin.
primary clutch was looked at as was told it was ok prior to ride (bushing)
sorry this is so long but throwing all the info out prior to some questions
i dont think the change in lug height would feel that much diff 2 1/4 to 2.38
seen a post on here about upper susp cross bar that a track was hitting.
is the bar you speak uf is it the one front limiter strap bar?
