07 renegade clutch overheat and SDI cutout issues

I have a 07 600 sdi h0 renegade. 1300 miles

Finished with the summer mods and now have two issues.

What i did was put in a clutch kit, New adjustable Pins, new primary spring white 230/360, New secondary spring purple 225/300, and New S8R4 helix.

Also went up on the bottom gear from 43 to 45 so i have 21/45 gear combo

I took it for its initial spin last night to make sure everything spins.

Two side effects after about a 3-5 min ride of short full throttle bursts

1. Primary clutch (stationary Sheave) is extremly hotter then the sliding sheave. The Stationary was hot to the tuch and the sliding was not. Belt also seemed excessively hot.
( i have already install a vent kit on the clutch side pannel.)
Do i need to address some alignment issues?

2. Problem, i now have the dreaded SDI cut out when i would hammer it W.O.T. noticed it right away. I have never had that happen before. From some of the forums i have read others have related that the gearing??
