Got my 07 back from the dealer. Both solenoids for the RAVE valves were not working properly. One was not working at all and one intermintantly. Both were replaced and it ran great on Saturday. On Sunday it started acting up again. Would pull 7900 for a bit than 6000 or less for a while. It's obvious that the RAVE solenoids are the problem again, as this was what it was doing before. Does anyone know what would cause these to fail. It's back at the dealer now (eighth time now), has anyone else experienced this problem?

Make sure they check that MPEM module AND plug closely...and make sure it stays dry at the connection, no corrosion and no broken pins.. very stupid location.
I had that update done last year. Had some moisture in the connection which led to corrosion. I moved the MPEM to the top of the oil tank, like they were previous to the P-tek engines.
I found the best fix for the 07 Summit 800R-A good insurance policy and a match!"
