07 M8 clutch weight?

my friends stock 07 M8 w-162 PC(stock fuel map) MBRP can has 68gr weights my 09 153 has 75gr. What weight should he be running? Would the 75gr make a big difference in his performance or does he need 73gr? we ride 5,000-7,000 ft. my 75gr are perfect for my sled.

What RPM is he running at? The clutching was way off on the 07 It needed weight added to bring it down to 7600rpm. I would bet he is running around 8000-8200 rpm!

his tach says about 7,900 but it could be off.

To get max power you want to be around 7600 RPM with out a pipe

I had the same prob..On my 07.. i am going off the 2008 weight chart it is about 5 grams heavier at all elevations.. Ive done this for three years now and it works great...I ran the 73 grams at 7000 ft...
