07 M1000 bogs and dies

Alright, I'll try to list everything out for all you expert troubleshooters...

Stored sled all summer with empty tank, mistake by the way. Fuel pump stuck and would not work. Found quick easy fix for that- thanks snowest users! I put 12 volts from a ATV battery to the pump and free'd it up. Works fine, creates good pressure.

This weekend I rode the sled a bit, maybe 30 minutes carving around in the fresh 2 foot powder flats. It ran decent, but I noticed it would 'load-up' if I let it idle very long. I'd have to 'blip' the throttle to clear it up and everything was fine.

I parked it in the trailer overnight, then got it out in the morning and it would idle fine but bog out and die before engagement when I squeezed the throttle. I could get it to move by 'blipping' the throttle, but steady throttle movement would kill it... (Thought maybe plugged exhaust or broke baffle... not checked that yet tho...)

I let it warm up at idle. I scratched my head. I checked fuel pressure, looked for a chaffed wire or anything obvious. Checked for moisture in ECU connectors, bypassed BD Box with 9 volt battery. No change. Shut it off, let it sit, start up again... same thing.

Loded it back up and headed home. Sled ran fine when I unloaded it into the shop! WTF??? No 'flashing wrench' codes on the guage...

Complete SLP exhaust, Boondockers fuel control, adjustable fuel regulator, BDX airbag intake. 07 M1000 with I think #3 re-flash (the one where they install the little dongle on the ECU...right before the most recent)

Any thoughts? A search of forums maybe points me to a chaffed wire, loose ground on the steering hoop, possible stator (anyone have ohm specs?), bad coil(s)...

Help...

Your throttle safety switch was frozen, as soon as you gave it enough throttle to go it would die, all you have to do is make sure the pin on the throttle moves back and forth freely. If frozen it will kill the ignition to prevent the sled from taking off on you.
